It is the minimal skip of the הערבים THE ARABS in the whole Torah and apears in the portion of האזינו HAZINO in the end of the book of Devorim.The portion that acording to the Vilne Gaon all the world history is contained within this chapter.

The word משיח is there in a minimal skip next to the vers which says that G-D will take revenge from his enemies.

The table in Devorim from the beginning of chapter 32 is very relevant to the time we live in now.
